Here's a breakdown of how it all works: 

Memberships & Rental Options:


We have various memberships and rental options available to fit any business' needs and budget! From small display units and wall space to 220SF private showrooms starting at only $100/mo.!


Don't need a permanent spot for your products but want to use our shop for a FREE Local Pick Up option your customers?! We can help! The Collective is centrally located off I30 & Montgomery St. and easy to access. Drop off your items labeled with your customers info and we can handle the rest from there! We also have refrigerator space if your  items need to stay cold! Pricing varies based on frequency of location use. Email us to chat more!

• Product Sales, Commissions & Payouts:


The Collective will run all product sales through the shop's POS System. If leasing a private showroom and you are onsite to man your own product sales during regular shop hours, there will be no commission taken by The Collective.


Tenants are responsible for having items marked individually or have a sign/display with all product pricing listed.


The Collective will create a designated category code for your business and enter provided product descriptions, pricing and images of products into our POS system.


Businesses are responsible for providing product descriptions, pricing and images of any inventory brought in for sale prior to move in. Provided information will be added into our POS System for checkout. The Collective will not sell any items until they are provided and added  into our POS System.


Sales payouts will be sent out at the beginning of the subsequent month.


The Collective will keep 10% of the total sale for commission. Sales Commission is taken to cover the following expenses: CC fees, overhead and staffing and packaging.


The Collective will keep and handle the payment of any Sales Tax taken at time of sale.
