About The Event
Learn how to artfully construct your own cheese & charcuterie grazing boards with seasonal spring produce and store-bought or homemade details.
Owner of Meyer & Sage, Chef Callie Salls will lead the grazing board demonstration with Executive Chef Maddie Sharp who will talk all things culinary! Attendees will enjoy sips & snacks and the opportunity to peruse the retailer shops inside The Collective and receive exclusive offerings for workshop attendees only! The class will begin with a demonstration, and then all workshop guests will be given an 11x11 inch square wooden cutting board and a table full of ingredients galore to build their own boards under guidance of Chefs Salls and Sharp.

At the end of the workshop your board will be wrapped and ready to take home and enjoy over the weekend with girlfriends, party guests or over a family dinner! So be sure to make your plans for the weekend, these board will be the talk of the party!
The purchase of your $200 ticket includes sips & snacks during the event, an 11x11 inch wrapped charcuterie board to create your grazing board on and take home (valued at $150 retail), crackers and wooden cheese knives.
