This class focuses on the basic foundations of pointed pen calligraphy. Through lots of practice and completing set exercises, you'll put your strokes into practice and use your new calligraphy skills to make handmade cards. This class is for anyone and everyone who has an interest in calligraphy! We’ll be starting with the basics so we can achieve a solid foundation.

What will you learn?

• Learn the basics of pointed pen calligraphy.

• Learn to create various letter widths, as well as working with the ink consistency and flow

Through lots of practice painting and completing set exercises, you'll put your strokes into practice connecting letters and writing phrases.

Classes are no more than 16 people in order to get more one-on-one instruction

Who is this for?

Anyone and everyone who has an interest in calligraphy! We’ll be starting with the basics so we can achieve a good understanding of calligraphy techniques. Complete beginners welcome. No experience necessary!
