Course 1: Watermelon gazpacho with cucumber and housemade ricotta garnish. With Tequila and Cucumber Mint Cocktail.

Course 2: Grilled Shrimp Salad with Spring Peas and Asparagus with a Chili Lime Dressing. Paired with Mezcal lime cocktail.

Course 3: Pork Pibil Ravioli with Prickly Pear and Rose sauce. Paired with Prickly Pear Tequila Margaritas.

Course 4: Mexican Fritters with Cajeta. Paired with Mezcal Chocolate Cocktail with Chili and Cinnamon.
