Partner Rules:
The duration of The Shop Small Fort Worth Card is for an entire year beginning on January 1, 2019. It will expire one year after launch on December 31, 2019 (the first year’s card will run a few months earlier as it is launching early Fall, but will begin its year renewal date on January 1, 2020. By becoming a member of the Shop Small Fort Worth Card, you are promising to abide by your discount for the entire duration of the card (one year).
Participating businesses with the exception of services and restaurants must follow these guidelines:
Retailers MUST sell a minimum of five cards throughout the year. (If a store does not sell five cards, they will be invoiced accordingly). If a retailer chooses not to sell cards at their location, they must pay the annual participation fee of $375 per location. (This $375 fee covers all administrative, marketing and shipping costs.)
Members must abide by their promise discount listed for the duration of the card. Members MUST offer a minimum discount of at least 10% off in their locations. You may also over a free item instead of a percent discount, but your offer must be honored each time the card is presented, not just once. Members can tailor their discount for what works best for their businesses.
