With our monthly vendor pop up pricing set at less than the cost of a typical market booth it’s a more feasible option for businesses to join our events and holiday advertising efforts. The great thing about having a collaborative group of businesses is that we can all work together to bring the most traffic and exposure to each other through cross promotion on social media and other outlets!

This season at The Collective, we will continue our Fall series of workshops, ladies events as well as host real estate groups, influencers and non profits. We're currently brainstorming a larger one day pop up event closer to Christmas with music and food trucks as well- more to come on that so sstay tuned! Another perk of setting up with us as a holiday vendor is that you will NOT pay more than your monthly fees for onsite events like these (guest pop ups will) and you will also be able to utilize the space for a local pick up location and commercial shipping address!

Here is a breakdown for monthly pricing: 



We have various options available starting at $350/mo. This will include a base unit with 5 display shelves for your own merchandise as well as advertising! We will also have other merchandising vignettes throughout the shop that products will be mixed in. If interested and wanting more space Larger spots are available. 



We will man your sales for a small percentage of 10% to cover our CC fees and overhead so you won’t have to be there all the time to manage sales. The Collective will be responsible for paying taxes on all sales. POS is through Square and sales reports can be checked daily. Each vendor will have their own category code for easy product identification and organized reports and payouts.

•Helping at the Shop:


Each vendor will work 8 hours a month at the shop (this number may be reduced based on the number of participating vendors) OR if time or location doesn't allow you to help at the shop you can opt out of working for an additional $75/mo. Shop hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 - 6:00 and Saturday 11:00-4:00 and Closed Sunday except for rentals and special events. The shop is always open and avaiable to take sales during private and special events after regualr hours. (Percentage of sales and required shop management hours remain the same no matter how large your space is.)


•Set Up Duration:  The time frame of our Holiday vendor set ups will run from October through December during the peak shopping season. You may join us earlier and the option to stay longer is available upon review!
